Mental Health is a responsibility, not a coincidence. We see Mental Health differently - not something to be treated or built up artificially when disturbed, but an inspiration and realization from Mental Strength, the process of knowing life and knowing self as a force of reason to be energized, not defeated by life.
Our MENTAL STRENGTH is a psycho/socio/spiritual identity we discover and build during our formative years. If we were taught to develop and define ourselves by it, we can have stable mental health no matter what the conditions may be.
If we don’t have that definition of self, we can easily be consumed with forming an identity that may be based on physical, genetic, social, or financial values that may fail us at inopportune times leaving our mental health in a state of confusion and disarray or ourselves stressed and burned-out trying to keep up.
Use this website to examine OUR STRATEGY– for building Mental Strength based on psycho/socio/spiritual values so you can both navigate this capricious reality with composure and restore your mental health no matter how far you may have fallen.
It is the right and capability of every human to go beyond mere survival or sheltered existence and make ourselves the powerful force of reason everyone is destined to be. It means knowing that we are more than a sophisticated fungus fated to just live and die and having that as our all-consuming objective. It means building mature self-realization, establishing a sense of meaning and purpose that’s internally driven, stable, and able to allow us to withstand the barbs of life with courage, conviction, and a secure sense of dignity and poise.
You alone can strengthen the inner you whether you are recovering from a state of depression, anxiety, obsession, addiction, or emotional breakdown. You still have to strengthen you. Get back on the horse, so to speak. It is insufficient to just exist for the rest of your life, even if you are abstinent or rigidly self-controlled, surrounded by things that give specious pleasure, doing the right things for peace sake, or able to fight and win physically. You need more in life. To be able to reach it, however, you need to understand two underestimated facts.
The first is that change and adversity happen – period. They are not chance occurrences but a designed part of life. New opinions, impositions, and disorders that form your reality come from invisible activities that are always there, continuously growing and evolving – independent of you, invisible to you just as your thoughts and feelings are invisible to them. They arrive. You are there. You arrive. They are there.
The second is that the human being is actually a force of reason. We are a mind with a body, not a body with a mind. Reason, with the knowledge it brings, is a strength that does not come naturally; it must be energized and expanded. And the forces of life that can energize it can also exhaust it. Therefore, no matter how determined you may be, your power of reason can be exhausted by new activities that make it insufficient – for that condition, at that moment.
Once we have demonstrated these two facts to you, we will show you how to always be prepared – for the new condition or the new twist to old conditions – by tolerating the change and relying, not on what you know, but on your own ability to know and know how to know. Then the new challenge, the volatile situation, the unkind word, unfair imposition, rejection, or threat will become something that does not break or exhaust you, but offers you the opportunity to build and display your creative power.
Discover Unlimited Beauty Within
As the rational mind-force that you are as a human being, you have to know how to apply yourself productively and rationally even as conditions, opinions, and health change uncontrollably and unpredictably. And until you do, you are at the mercy of the perpetual change that will always challenge reason and leave you feeling mentally insecure or incapacitated when you fall short. That is not an illness; it is an event.
Anyone can do it, even if you have fallen behind. First you must be able to accept logically that the insufficiency is not a flaw or a fault. What we know will always fall behind. Therefore, mental strength is never broken or ill or bad. It is moving, sometimes abreast, but often behind the challenges. Everyone needs to build it, using the stresses that will always emerge as food for the advancement and erudition of self. In fact, it is the only attribute of the human experience we are required to build; unlike any other organ system that functions automatically from birth, it is nothing until we build it. How much we build it depends on how much emphasis we place on its importance.
Let us show you how. We will neither heal you nor condemn you. We will show you how to see yourself as a creative mind with the power of reason, not a body with a mind but a mind with a body. We will show you how you can expand that and use it to build an understanding of life and of self that lets you tackle any problem with self-generated wisdom, purpose, and poise.
You see? Our undertaking is not to heal you, or soothe you, or pull you from the pit of despair, because you are only there when your strength is insufficient. We do not want to relieve you of the consequence while leaving you with the cause. We are not better than you. We are simply offering a scientific and logical examination of mental function and sharing it with you so you can expand yourself beyond the limitations that often hold you back letting you address the cause, an easily accomplished and positively soul-stirring adventure.
Life can be capricious, sometimes calm and serene.
sometimes volatile and unforgiving.
How do we find balance?
You see, the mind is invisible… untouchable… unmeasurable. Yet it exists as the “force formidable” in the human species.
A Look Inside ourselves
Our unique approach is to take you on a simple journey. Many people will wonder how some general chats or a specific series of instruction can help when your own problem is so unique. You want and need to bond with someone who will understand your personal, private hurts, fears, uncertainties, and listen intently to your unique story. So how can chats, no matter how empowering or how comforting, help you?
It is simple. You see, everyone has their history of trauma, neglect, abuse, losses, hurts, unique and personal impositions and weakness. And the using of substances to quell these feelings may also be uniquely inspired in each person. So each person needs a kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and wise person to embrace them and make them feel that someone understands their pain, yes? It is a pain that is hidden and also difficult to reveal so few people can understand it. Yet, here I am, inviting you to be that person for yourself – the person who can be kind, considerate, wise – even though you do not believe that within yourself at this time. To do that, you have to be able to go behind that pain and look at something that is less dramatic. It is the hidden, suppressed, neglected, undiscovered you – your soul. We can and will help you to do that.
You see, no trauma, abuse, neglect, imposition, or weakness comes without replacing the love, inspiration, wisdom, assurance that you want and need. In other words, the more you have been given the negatives, the less you were offered the positives.
So the solution is not to remove the negatives but to accentuate the positives that you are lacking or just unable to appreciate within yourself. That way, the negatives fade by attrition. The positives emerge by design. One way is to seek the positives from someone who has it. Here is a secret. No therapist has it unless he/she has also had to seek it within him/herself. A good therapist does not remove your negatives; he/she helps you by guiding you to build your positives. When you know how to build it, it is yours, and always will be. When you get it from someone else, it is borrowed and needs to be boosted repeatedly. The ultimate objective is to know how to have it and get it repeatedly, not just be lucky enough to find someone who does and is willing to share it.
We are the workers, gathering the resources to show you how to elevate yourself, and helping you when you need it. Our work is not about us; it is about you. We will guide you but the focus will always be on you.
